A message dated March 7, 2001, was read stating the Governor is                                     
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                               
    Authorizing two recesses by the Senate and House of                                             
    Representatives, each for a period of more than three days.
